Now, the top corporate leaders must wake up and know what the people truly need and want.

The best leaders who gather and lead elites superior to the government should study what to create together. They should review once again whether Grand Nature would have sent all the elites to their companies only in the hope of generating more economic profit.

The supreme leader of a large corporation leading hundreds of thousands of people must stand firm as a spiritual leader with the right ideology. When he guides people in the right way with the doctrine, the next-generation succession for the corporation will be possible.

In the past, the kings were deprived of their authority when they failed to fulfill their roles as spiritual leaders. Eventually, the monarchy converted to a presidential system, which was bureaucratic. Likewise, if the second generation of entrepreneurs cannot play their roles, they will neither provide the environment to hand on to the third generation nor the alternative. So, they should know that their enterprises will eventually collapse like a castle on the sand, even if they hand them over.

If they haven’t played their spiritual leadership role, it will mean that they haven’t played any role. No matter how large they aim the companies to become a first-class global company receiving trust and respect, they cannot go beyond the level of a merchant. In the end, they will lose respect from subordinates, and labor-management disputes will arise.

In particular, in the case of large corporations called the nation’s enterprises, they should lead the nation’s people by knowing their identity and representing an ideology based on it. The people of the country want their leaders to do this.

Of course, the government should also play this role, but if it has not done it yet, the top leader of a company must have the spirit to do what the government cannot do and make ceaseless efforts.

Of course, we are not ignorant that they have tried to find an answer through many spiritual leaders’ advice. However, spiritual guides also failed to understand the laws of Grand Nature; therefore, they couldn’t have led the entrepreneurs properly. They only did things such as predicting fortune for business, reading physiognomy in selecting talented people, or finding a good business place. No one taught them the leadership and ideology that they should have as a supreme leader.

 A world-class company does not generate a lot of external profits in competition with other companies. It is like the tree’s root is the small but core part that provides the tree trunk and branches with nutrients. We should understand that a company based on the philosophy directed toward humanity will be a world-class company.

Didn’t you see other large companies collapse?
Is there any law that such a thing never happens to your own company? Isn’t it natural that you face difficulties or your health worsens if you haven’t done your responsibility even though your company has grown by the energy of so many elites and people? 
The top leaders of large companies didn’t have such an ideology, so they were not respected and even became sick.
Some entrepreneurs were seized by the collars or humiliated by the people since they seemed merchants rather than the best spiritual leaders to lead the country.

They should remember that the people’s stern judgment will come with tremendous cruelty if they fail to fulfill their roles despite having time to reflect on these things and recharge.

It’s not too late even now, so the supreme leaders of large companies must study to establish their ideology correctly and act as spiritual leaders based on an excellent corporate view and ethics.

So, when they carry out this mission with a sense of duty to embrace and lead not only the family of the company but also the nation’s people and humanity as one family, the people will applaud the company, and the company will prosper itself. When this happens, they can practice sharing based on the principle of a true win-win, and they will be reborn as a respected and admired entrepreneur. Furthermore, the third generation of entrepreneurs will also manage the company with this ideology, which will stand tall as the company that leads the nation’s people and humanity.
