The company leader has a role in the company. Particularly, the head of the large corporation, the group of elites, is the best leader who leads the best group. Therefore, as the supreme leader, the entrepreneur should establish his management philosophy and lead his subordinates according to that idea.
The elites are high-ranking human resources; they are public figures and leaders who have grown by concessions, sacrifices, and efforts of the people in material and human resources according to the law of inverse proportion.
So, suppose an entrepreneur wants to run a company by gathering the best elites of the people in one group. In that case, he has to collect them by understanding the fundamentals correctly for the safety of the people in mind. It is not a wrong idea, but he should have a clear purpose for what he wishes to create if he has gathered them.
But entrepreneurs only continue to have the goal of developing products and creating profits, growing to a first-class company, and returning a portion of material profits to society even though they are running their companies with the entrepreneur's business philosophy. So they are still staying in the primary business activities for maintaining a livelihood and accumulating economic wealth. They are now doing the work that subordinates should do because they do not realize the role of top leaders who lead elite groups.
In other words, you have to realize that the role of the top entrepreneur as a spiritual leader is missing.
Entrepreneurs are the highest leaders of their groups, so they should realize that they are their groups' spiritual guides and heads. They have to understand that their employees' families are also following the direction pursued by the leader's idea by risking their lives.
Therefore, the entrepreneur's philosophy is critical.
First of all, they should realize what kind of nation our country is.

Therefore, the supreme leader's ideology should be rooted in this sense of responsibility and mission and aim for world peace by becoming one with humanity through virtuous conduct.
