It’s a very complicated problem.
We have to solve it correctly.
In the future, there will be a huge number of refugees worldwide.
Not only will there be refugees as a result of wars, but also be from conflicts.
Many people will leave their hometown and country after fighting amongst themselves.
From now on, we will face an era in which there are a lot of refugees.
The fundamental solution is to make sure no refugees come out, and we have to do such a project from now on.
Concerning what has happened in Afghanistan now due to “Operation Miracle,”
if we respond incorrectly here, we will have to accept all refugees in the future.
If everyone wants to come to Korea because Korea did well, we have to accept all without saying anything and can make this a land for refugees.
So, how to deal with refugees is very important. South Korea is not a country that accepts refugees.
People may throw a stone at me, but Korea is not a place that can accept refugees.
But if the refugees have to come to Korea because of no choice, we have to give them a special visa and educate and teach them for three years.
Whether we teach skills or educate them, we have to provide them with the education they need among various types of education, and let them keep their nationality.
We care for them with special management because that country has a dispute now.
We don’t know what will happen to that country in the future.
We need to work hard to protect and manage them so that they can return to their country.
We should not make them a citizen of Korea by accepting them as refugees.
They cannot be Korean citizens.
But the refugees of this case had difficulties, there was a conflict, there was no other alternative, and especially, they helped us when we were active in their country, so we did a good job with the spirit of that we have to rescue them who helped us.

Whether Korea has collaborated with the US, or whatever Korean people did in Afghanistan, we should not forget the local people who helped us when we did our activities but are now in difficulties.
We should keep the faith.
So, we have to rescue them thoroughly and protect them until they are safe.
In the meantime, we have to educate them after thinking about what kind of education they need.
So, we have to help them do their work properly when they return to their country.
We have to teach and guide them on these things.
If they are young people or adults, they can learn technology and Korean skills to use later when they return to their countries.
If you accept them as refugees, give them a certain visa, and provide some jobs, and if it ends with this, it’s a countermeasure missing something.
Accepting refugees is not an easy task. If the people of that country came out as refugees now, they would come back when the country gets better.
So, as they come out and go back well, they should learn something here and become someone who can help their country.
If we make them betray their country, we can ultimately be responsible.
Even if society doesn’t blame it, nature will ask our responsibility.
There is a reason they were born in that country, and there is also a reason for a conflict.
Until these disputes are over, they also need to know why the conflict has occurred and what the country has done wrong.
They have to think about what they should do for their brother and sisters when this is stable and return to their country.
You have to teach them these things, and it would be better if you teach skills as well.
What skills will the country need in the future?
Then, you can ask a company to teach them some technical training.
In this way, the state can help them.
If the government leaves them to companies to get a job there only for their living, that’s not a good way.
We must all work together. That’s the way to solve refugees in the future. Refugees occur now because humanity is in turmoil, and we don’t do what we should do.
The same is true for conflicts and turmoil.
In this way, many such things in underdeveloped countries will happen in the future.
What happens today is because the advanced countries didn’t do what they ought to do while they developed.
It happens in many ways, including terrorism.
So, we have to do this thing with the thought of preparing something like an exemplary thing.
How do we make a model even though it is only three or four hundred people?
Getting started is important, but we shouldn’t get drunk when getting praised for doing well.
How will we help shape the future of these people?
Now, the world will see Korea’s potential.
Refugees should not be neglected but should be cared for.
So, since refugees have come to Korea, we have to deal with this issue sincerely.
