Nature is being destroyed.
The reason why nature is ruined is that human thoughts become very turbid.
When human thoughts become murky, they manage and lead the global village in that way, so it makes the global village become turbid.
Humans need to have a paradigm shift in their thinking.
We should increase our quality of energy to have a paradigm shift in our thinking.
The only thing humans can do is to improve their quality of energy.
Haven’t we once put effort into increasing our quality energy? We did.
About 30 years ago, we had been seeking and trying to increase our spiritual energy.
Where did you go?
You visited monks, pastors, the Dalai Lama, and spiritual leaders.
That was 30 years ago.
Why were you looking for such people?
You sought them to find the direction for the future in which we live in the global village.
You didn’t go there to look good to Jesus or Siddhartha Buddha.
You went to a temple to see a monk.
You went there just because monks said that they studied a lot, knew the laws of nature, were enlightened.
How should we live in the future?
What should we do in the future?
The country’s leaders, the businessmen, the intellectuals, the doctors, and everyone had been looking for them.
But what did they say in common there?
They were still talking about Zen dialogue.
“Empty your mind!”
The mind is already empty even though you don’t empty it.
You don’t know about the mind yet.
You think that you fill your heart.
It is because you don’t know what the mind-energy is.
The mind is always bright and empty.
You cannot fill it even though you try it.
You might feel weird all of a sudden about what I’m talking about because you didn’t study these things.
So, I have explained it a little bit.
You don’t have to empty your minds; instead, you should improve the quality of your thoughts.
To do that, you must increase the quality of your souls.
At that time, the reason why you went to prophets was
to study the human character and society for the future.
Who has gone to seek a prophet?
The people who have developed their primary strength have gone to them.
Those who look for prophets don’t just go to them without preparation.
After working hard to develop the basics, the people with this power seek prophets.
Those who worked hard on the basics go to find a spiritual leader.
After having done the basics,
they went to prophets in order to ask and discuss how they should go in the future.
But prophets told them to empty their minds and taught them only what they read in the book.
They made people kneel in front of the statue of Jesus and Siddhartha.
And they told believers to keep clinging to God.
How did they make the leaders, who should lead the people of the world community in the future, cling to God?
Why do those who should lead the people and humanity in the future cling to Jesus and Siddhartha?
While passing for 20 or 30 years in this way, everyone has lost their way.
There is no one to teach people, and they have lost everything.
After they lost all their credits, I came out.
So, when I came out, no one came to ask me.
Since they have already asked many times, they said, “He would be the same,” and no longer came to ask me.
People say, “Is he different?”
They don’t even come to ask me.
So I’m answering the only one who asks me.
I don’t interfere if anyone doesn’t ask me.
As I have explained a specific field a little bit earlier, who should ask and find out these things now?
The business people have to find them.
Entrepreneurs are leaders.
Entrepreneurs are Doins (Taoists).
These people should have become Doins.
However, since these people did not become Doins and social leaders, the global village is getting sick now.
The leaders should become respected by the people in a society.
The leaders have to find such a way and try to work hard for it.
Then humanity will respect them.
When leaders who have power try to do something, subordinates follow them.
Although juniors complain against seniors about something, seniors don’t follow youngsters.
You have to take a good look at society now.
You should not blame business people and leaders, rather, you should study how you could help them to be respected by the people.
But you are continuously insulting them. Why?
How many things are there to criticize about them if you want to?
You blame that they own all the wealth.
They are not trying to take up all the wealth.
They have to keep it in order to run their business without failure.
The power that entrepreneurs have is the wealth to invest in it when a good plan comes out.
If you create a good project without having money directly, entrepreneurs have the power to invest in that project.
But no one makes and brings such a project to them.
So, there’s nowhere to invest.
The business people make investments, but the general citizens don’t invest.
So you have to become a social researcher.
If you, as social researchers, have found a good plan and organized it well, you have to take it to the entrepreneur.
So when business people understand what you explain, they invest in it right away.
That’s how you can change society If you try to do it alone because you have a good plan, you cannot make it even in 3,000 years.
If the people and small and medium-sized companies make good plans, they have to bring them to large corporations and request to establish social infrastructures that people and the world can use.
But people kept them as if those were their items while trying not to be deprived of information and find the way alone for 15 or 20 years.
So, they are going wrong now.
Now, companies in the world should take a good look at Korean companies.
What have the companies made and done so far?
They were working on laying the infrastructure.
Laying the infrastructures was what large corporations did.
So, they have an environment where they can do such activities while laying the infrastructure, but they don’t do research and make new items.
So who makes the new items?
Those who are working in the field have to find and create new items.
You can create new items in your fields, and if you make them to a certain extent,
a large company can develop them and make people in society use them.
But it lacks unity right now.
You try to keep good items as if they are yours.
It’s bravado if people cannot use it.
People should become researchers.
So, if you develop something good, you have to take it to a large company and help the large company use it well to make society shine.
Large companies should become heroes while playing such roles.
Our ordinary citizens should support them behind.
We don’t operate the companies properly.
For our companies to be operated, we, as the owners of this country, help them correctly.
Otherwise, there is no way.
Our thought has stopped at the idea that a company is a place to sell products.
Businesses are what we should raise.
By raising them to have that enormous power, you will become a project-designing business person who does the necessary work for society.
Business is to benefit people and society widely.
In the meantime, it shines and expands.
But they cannot move on to (project-designing) business people.
A company must have an ideology.
They put down their ideologies and are stagnant.
So they turn into merchants.
So, talented people do not try to stay under the merchants.
They are staying due to not having a choice.
So, companies can no longer develop and shine.
It happens as such.
