Not only Samsung, but all large companies will move into the United States.
They should go in.
Here (Korea) is a province.
They have grown up in a rural area.
America is a global new city.
It’s the new city of the world.
Since the new city (America) has grown to some extent now, all companies that have grown to a certain extent in Korea must enter it.
All companies have to go in.
But Samsung has items that they can bring into there as a means.
That’s a kind of a medium to settle down in America.
If they think about growing with semiconductors here (in America), they’re thinking something pretty wrong.
Since Samsung has needed items internationally, such as semiconductors, they are happy now because the US welcomes them and allows them to do business.
However, if Samsung doesn’t find what Samsung should do after appearing with this item in the USA,
many problems will happen.
There is a difference between using Korean labor and American labor.
The American legal system is different (from that of Korea),
so the company will fail if even a little thing goes wrong.
That’s how it works now.
Applying a law against it is loose if something wrong occurs in Korea
because we have to grow our businesses.
In the United States, if a bit of issue happens, they sue right away through a lawyer.
Suddenly, a judgment of paying tens of trillions of dollars can come out.
In the US, they regulate cases as an international size.
So America’s law is different.
There’s no way you can avoid getting caught.
It will occur.
So, we are launching now into the US, but we have to start doing business in two ways.
It’s not about making and selling products with one item and trying to grow, but by selling these things to the United States, you’re expanding your environment.
It is natural for a company to grow when its activities widen.
That’s the fundamentals.
That’s laying the infrastructure.
If you gain profits in the US, you have to invest in establishing infrastructure again.
You can borrow more to build infrastructure since you get more credit by investing in them.
When you finish building infrastructure in America, you can start laying infrastructures in other countries connected with America.
Then it means that it is grown enough.
Just as having one factory is different from having ten factories, you will grow automatically according to how much you install infrastructures.
That’s just a means.
Then, are you going to keep laying infrastructure all the time?
An institute!
We should establish a human institute, not an item laboratory.
A social research institute.
When the institute goes in, it’s enough to be just next to the company.
You have to create the Social Research Institute.
So you have to build the American Social Research Institute as you enter the US.
It means that you have to do something that helps American society.
While looking at the United States there, you have to help the President of the United States by researching and organizing the problems.
That’s what a company should do.
A company is a place where all the best competent people gather.
So, the company should also do social studies.
The company has taken all the best capable people, so it is correct that they do research.
Can people without the ability research and create good items?
It’s not.
Korea should have grown up like that.
The social research institute can contribute to society as much as the company grows.
Therefore, if researchers have grabbed expected social problems in advance, and if companies have made society correct by investing a certain percentage of their profits into the community,
business people would have transformed into social leaders now.
So if problematic families arise, a Society Research Center for Family has to research it and take care of those families.
You organize this data, give it to the government, and do what you have to do.
All entrepreneurs would have become politicians (leaders) who lead society if they had done like this.
Such companies should have grown in Korea and moved into the US, but only Samsung’s plants are going into the US now with items to make things.
When I came out of the mountain, I liked Cheil Worldwide most
because this belongs to Samsung. Samsung originally stemmed from Cheil.
There was Samsung C&T as C&T, but Cheil Group for the group.
The Samsung group was created later.
Chairman Lee Byung Cheol created the Cheil Group, not the Samsung Group At that time (when I came out from the mountain), there was Cheil Worldwide, so I thought Cheil Corporation had grown as a large company.
So I saw Samsung as the largest corporation.
When I looked into what Cheil Worldwide was doing, they researched products.
I thought it would fail.
Something would be happening.
Korea’s top companies must understand Korean society thoroughly.
In doing so, they can do what society needs.
I thought that Cheil Worldwide was doing the research needed for the country and this society.
So, I thought, “Ah, Samsung is okay!” but it was a steamed bun with nothing inside.
They would have a hard time in the future.
I’ve concluded.
From then on, someone in Samsung died, someone got sick, and someone even went to prison.
Such things happened to Samsung.
Why? If Samsung was the best company in the country, it should have done something, but it hasn’t been doing it.
So do you think you’re going to go to America and grow up confidently?
You cannot make it.
In America, you have to develop while touching society.
That’s what talented people from Korea are doing here.
If you go out by investing that much, you have to include a project agency.
What kind of plan? It’s social planning.
You might as well go for the name of Cheil Worldwide.
That’s the best project agency in the world.
You can change the word Cheil into modern terminology.
They say it is necessary to use English in the current time.
You can create a pretty name that means the best project in the world.
In this way, the social project institute and the corporation enter together, and the institute will help the corporation widen its infrastructure.
If they don’t research society, their growth will be limited.
What happens in the end while doing social work?
It will be laying the infrastructure.
What will you do after establishing it?
You will do an education business.
